The customer has 14 calendar days to return or exchange the item.
In order to process the return correctly, the following procedure must be followed:
- RETURN/EXCHANGE METHOD:
- WITH PREVIOUS INSURANCE CONTRACT:
- If you wish to exchange for a different size: You must place a new order, indicating in the comments the collection of the previous order. We will arrange the collection at the same time as the delivery of the new order, assuming the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the product, the quality department will verify its good condition, and the refund will be processed (excluding the original shipping costs of the product).
- If you simply want to return it and get a refund: We will arrange the collection, and when the product is received, the quality department will verify its good condition, and the refund will be processed.
- WITHOUT PREVIOUS INSURANCE CONTRACT:
- The customer should send the product to the address: Calle Río Sil, 7 (Trévenez Industrial Estate) 29196 Málaga (Spain), taking care not to seal or damage the original packaging, either by placing the product and its wrapping in an external box or in a bag. When the product is received, the quality department will verify its good condition, and the refund will be processed. Please note that the customer will bear the cost of shipping.
- WITH PREVIOUS INSURANCE CONTRACT:
- RETURNS OUTSIDE SPAIN: Both the cost of shipping and the shipping costs for the return or exchange of the product will be borne by the customer.
