The customer has 14 calendar days to return or exchange the item.
In order to process the return correctly, the following procedure must be followed:

- FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION: Since shipping is free of charge, we do not offer free pick up service for size exchange on returns of items that have benefited from the promotion, and the customer must send it to our facilities at their own expense.
